Here are some questions we can help you with when preparing a keepsake of your dog, cat or another pet.
What if I only have old photos?
Send us what you have. A clear photo of the face, a side view and one of the body usually help. If you have only a few photos, or they are old, we first discuss what we can represent.
Can I choose the pose and add their name?
Yes, we discuss the pose with you and can consider a name or dedication on the base. Your photos and chosen details help us prepare the quote.
How much does a memorial figure cost?
It depends on the size, composition, finish and details. We confirm the price for your idea before you order. You can also explore our pet sculpture options.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We send you a preview of the 3D model to review the likeness and important details. We make the figure after your approval.
Is the finish natural marble?
No. It is a marble-effect, stone-like finish, as shown on this figure. If you have another finish in mind, we can discuss it with you.
How long will it take?
We confirm the timeframe when reviewing the photos and commission. Design, your review, production and shipping each take time. If you have an important date in mind, tell us at the start.
