How does the ordering process work?
It's very simple. You place your order on the website and then send us the
photos and details to pedidos@tapnu.es, indicating your full name in the
subject line. We'll take care of the rest.

What photos do I need to send?
The more the better. Ideally, front, profile, and three-quarter view photos, with good lighting. If there are any special features or details you want to be included (glasses, tattoos, special clothing), please let us know.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Unpainted figures take approximately 1 week to produce. Hand-painted figures take about 2 weeks. To that, you need to add 3-5 business days for shipping via Correos. During peak seasons like Christmas or Valentine's Day, times may increase slightly.

Can I see a preview before you make it?
Yes. Before printing, we send you a preview of the 3D model so you can approve it or request adjustments. We don't produce anything without your approval.

Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, we ship to all of the European Union. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €14 within Spain.

Can I return my order?
As these are personalized products manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns once the creative process has begun. However, we do accept claims for printing defects or errors in the order. In that case, contact us at pedidos@tapnu.es and we will resolve it.

What material are the figures made of?
We use premium PLA, a lightweight, resistant material with a clean finish. Available in marble effect, white, or hand-painted.

Can I order something that's not on the website?
Yes. If you have a special idea or a custom order that you can't find in our catalog, write to us at pedidos@tapnu.es and we will study your proposal.

Where are your products made?
Everything is designed and manufactured in our workshop in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid. We are Pablo and Tamara, and we put the same care into every piece that leaves here. 🤍
