How does the ordering process work?
Place your order online, then send your photos and details to pedidos@tapnu.es, including your full name and order number. We will take care of the rest.
What photos should I send?
The more, the better. Ideally, send clear photos from the front, side and three-quarter angles. Let us know about any important features you want included, such as glasses, tattoos or specific clothing.
How long will my order take?
Unpainted figures take approximately one week to make. Hand-painted figures take around two weeks. Please add 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Lead times may increase during busy periods such as Christmas or Valentine's Day.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. Before printing, we send you a preview of the 3D model so you can approve it or request adjustments. We do not manufacture the piece without your approval.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, we ship within the European Union. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over €14 within Spain.
Can I return my order?
Because personalized products are made to order, we cannot accept returns once the creative process has started. We do accept claims for manufacturing defects or order errors. In that case, email pedidos@tapnu.es.
What material are the figures made from?
We primarily use quality PLA, a lightweight and durable material. Depending on the product, we offer a marble-effect finish, primer or hand painting.
Can I order something that is not listed?
Yes. If you have a special idea or custom project that is not in the catalogue, see our custom 3D printing service or contact us.
Where are your products made?
We design and make every piece in our workshop in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid. We are Pablo and Tamara, and we personally care for every order.
