Which photos should you send?
- Clear front, profile and three-quarter views of each face, without filters that change facial features.
- A full-body reference for clothing and pose.
- Details of glasses, hair, beard or meaningful accessories.
- For pets, photographs of their face, body and coat markings.
A professional photo shoot is not necessary. Several clear images are usually more useful than one perfect photograph. If you want to bring people from different photos together or create a complex scene, ask us about the composition before ordering.
Marble effect, primed or hand-painted
- Marble effect: a decorative stone-look finish that highlights the shape and volumes. It is not natural marble.
- Ready to paint: a primed figure for you to add your own colours.
- Hand-painted: clothing colours and chosen details painted individually.

The price depends on the people and pets, size, finish and additional elements. The custom 3D figure product page and creator show the available options and price. A scene requiring individual assessment can be discussed through our bespoke figure and diorama service.

- We prepare a 3D design and send a preview for your review.
- After your approval, we produce and finish the piece.
- We protect the figure and prepare it for shipping.
